E2 VISA Documents
You will be able to apply for an E-2 visa after the interview with academy or public school. .
1. Original diploma (BA, BS, MA etc)
- degree must be from a 4 year university
- degree must be from an accredited university
- must be the original degree (not a photocopy)
2. Official Transcripts (Must be sealed and stamped along the seal line and NEVER opened)
- you need to contact your university registrar and ask them to give you your university grades in a SEALED (that's unopened) envelope from your university with a stamp or signature over the seal
- you'll have to order more than 2 sets of sealed transcripts
One will be sent to Korea. The other one might be sent to the Korean Consulate.
3. 4 passports size photos
4. A Photocopy of the front pages of your passport (pages with photo & signature)
5. Three copies of signed contract
- 1 will go the Immigration Center.
- 1 will go the public school or academy.
- 1 will be given to the instructor upon arriving in Korea.
6. Notarized (Apostilled) criminal background check
Criminal record check only valid 6 month after it issued.

- Web Search Result of Criminal Record Check is not Acceptable and CRC must clearly state that “No Record” or “No record founded” on the statement.
- CRC must be issued by State Police Department level or above.
Note
Passport, Diploma, Transcripts MUST have the exact same name
Passport must not expire within 6 months
